Pahal Swasthya – Breaking Barriers

Our menstrual health and hygiene initiative empowers girls and women by breaking long-standing taboos, raising awareness, and improving access to essential hygiene resources. Through interactive sessions, community engagement, and strategic collaborations, we educate students, teachers, and families about menstruation, adolescent changes, and eco-friendly hygiene practices.

The program is built on the belief that periods should never be a barrier to education, dignity, or opportunity. By transforming schools into safe, period-friendly spaces and encouraging open dialogue, we are working toward a healthier, more informed, and more inclusive society—starting with the communities of Kishanganj district.
